Abstract
The article looks at a part of the language image of the world verbalizing the concept of virtuousness in Spanish and Swedish. For this purpose 50 paremiological units in Spanish and 37 proverbs in Swedish are being analysed. All of these units represent didactic aphorisms thematically connected with the rules of good form in the Spanish speaking and Swedish speaking societies respectively. Cognitive analysis of proverbial material allows us to understand the national peculiarities of the concept in question in both cultures in the comparative aspect. The author of the article presents a cognitive classification of proverbs in both languages, analyses the structure and the contents of the concept of virtuousness and, as a result, reveals some paremiological units in the Swedish language equivalent or similar in their meaning to their Spanish counterparts.

Abstract
The article is concerned with the study of the process of integration of Anglicisms in the system of modern German language. The adaptation of loanwords from English to the new language system is considered as the assimilation of a foreign lexeme broadly speaking, which is carried out at all levels of the language. The specificity of the phonetic and spelling assimilation of Anglicisms in the German language is described. The ways of grammatical and semantic adaptation of English lexemes borrowed by the German language are studied. The multifaceted process of assimilation is considered as a pre requisite for the successful functioning of English language lexemes in the recipient language. The study is based on the material of the index of Anglicisms compiled by the staff of the philological society “Verein Deutsche Sprache” in order to combat such a phenomenon as Denglish.

Abstract
The research is devoted to the phraseological units in paper and journal online articles of different subjects and the translation of these units from English into Russian. Basing on the analysis of the translation techniques, the study reveals the functions of phraseology in modern Internet press. The article underlines that the main function of the phraseology in online articles is drawing the readers’ attention to the published materials. In addition, these collocations are used as the means of creation of an ironic context, vivid images and an informal writing style

Abstract
The article analyses the Russian, English and Spanish paroemiological units representing the concept “death”. The paper aims to reveal the content of the analysed concept, to identify culturally specific and culturally universal views on a death in the Russian, English and Spanish phraseological world view. The findings indicate that perception of the death concept has as common as different features among the speakers of the Russian, English and Spanish languages.

Abstract
The aim of this work is to analyze phraseological units used in English speech with subsequent translation into Russian. The scientific novelty of this work lies in the analysis of the selected research material from various authoritative English language newspapers and magazines, as well as in the identification of patterns of transmission of various types of phraseological units from English into Russian. The practical significance lies in a detailed analysis of the methods of transmitting phraseological units in the English press in various subjects from English to Russian. The information obtained can be used in the preparation of practical courses in translation studies.

Abstract
The article presents the results of an empirical study aimed at analyzing the relationship of employee satisfaction with the professional type of manager and assessing the possibility of implementing motives. The relationship of motivational expectations, employee satisfaction with the professional type of managers was not investigated in the works of either domestic or foreign authors. The hypothesis that the level of satisfaction with the work of employees is associated with the type of personality of the leader and his assessment of the possibility of implementing the motives of employees was partially confirmed. According to the data obtained, the professional type of manager does not directly affect the degree of satisfaction with the work of employees. Moreover, satisfaction indicators are associated with a difference in the estimates of the possibility of realization of motives, that is, the closer and higher the estimates of the possibility of realization of the motives of employees and managers, the higher the level of satisfaction with work. Also revealed a negative relationship between age and job satisfaction. The data obtained can be demanded when working with managers to further build a line for consulting managers on employee motivation, as well as when developing a staff incentive system.
