Abstract
The article looks at a part of the language image of the world of native speakers of Swedish and Russian representing the concept of patience. The article examines 26 proverbs thematically connected with the concept of patience in Russian and Swedish. The analysis of proverbial material contributes to a better understanding of the national peculiarities of specific concepts typical of different nations. In the present article all the proverbs are divided into thematic groups according to the common meaning they all possess within the group they belong to. In addition, the article examines some paremiological units being equivalent or similar in their meaning in both languages.

Abstract
The actual article is devoted to the development of translation in Russia in the 20th century. There is a comparative analysis of stylistic means and translation methods used by Russian poets while translating particular poetic texts. The authors of this article are aimed at discovering how precise the translation is and whether the functional equivalence is achieved. There is always an obstacle for the translator: while trying to convey, for instance, the original phonetic organization of the text, one could violate its rhythmic arrangement or some different component, which is capable of influencing the accuracy. Because of this, the article raises the issue of sacrificing some original component for the sake of accuracy.

Abstract
The results of a Russian-Japanese student research on the ideas that exist in the Japanese youth environment about natural conditions and culture of Russia, as well as the perception of the Japanese Russian language and the difficulties with its study are presented. The study revealed both quite traditional and stable stereotypical views of Japanese people, and their unexpected comments about modern culture and the Russian language. In general, Japanese university youth have shown themselves to be a subtle observer and thoughtful critic of Russian reality. For comparison, the article presents the perception of Russia by a young Nigerian.

Discusses the importance of the historical books in the lives of the residents of the city and its defenders, described produced during the siege of the historical literature in Leningrad. It is shown how the repertoire of historical publications changed, depending on the stages of hostilities. The analysis of historical literature is presented: on subjects, years, publishing houses. A number of illustrations are described. A complete list of historical publications in the Besieged city from 1941-1943 is presented.

The article is devoted to the study of punctuation in multisystem languages. The author tries to identify the modern punctuation in simple sentences in three languages and three styles. The main attention is paid to the development of the dash usage throughout the 20th - 21st centuries in scientific, publicistic and artistic styles in English, Russian and Kalmyk languages.

Abstract
The article deals with a number of issues related to the problem of a psychological burnout phenomenon. A pedagogical profession is supposed to be the most vulnerable one in terms of this problem. Therefore, we need to study how to prevent and correct this phenomenon in teachers.
