Abstract

The article discusses  the socio-psychological  aspects of motivating and stimulating  employees of  the  organization. The authors  reveal  a comprehensive  approach to the use of collective  and individual incentives, tangible and intangible, which are determined by approaches to personnel management, traditions and experience  of the company.
