Issues of prevention of emotional burnout in the pedagogical environment

Abstract

The article raises  the  question  of the  phenomenon of emotional  burnout.  The points of view on this topic in the scientific community are considered. In addition,  the causes and factors influencing  the occurrence  of this  phenomenon are highlighted. The specifics  of this phenomenon in the pedagogical environment among teachers of an educational institution are  also revealed,  and the  results of  the  study  of  this  phenomenon are  presented. Possible options for the prevention  of this  phenomenon are also being considered.
