Specifics of the Translation of the Stylistic Means That are Used to Create the Comic Effect (on the Base of “How I Met Your Mother” Series)

Abstract

This article is devoted to the analysis of the stylistic means translation that are used to create the comic effect in the series “How I met your mother”. Studying the features of the translation of cultural components, which include films and series, will always be relevant. Maintaining a comic effect seems necessary while the series translation. In this research we consider in detail the varieties of translation transformations which help to render the stylistic means that realize a comic effect. Considerable attention is paid to specific examples and identification of their translation specifics
