Social Technologies of Coherence of Polynational Student Group

Abstract

Despite a number of measures taken by both federal and regional authorities in Russia over the past twenty years, the problem of interethnic relations and conflicts on ethnic grounds remains threatening. This is especially true for the youth environment with its social immaturity and unsettled system of social and moral coordinates. The educational environment has a beneficial effect on people’s behavior. The principles of pedagogical influence are aimed at both the intellectual and professional and the moral process of the student’s personality development. Since training does not exclude, despite the introduction of individual and distance forms, the interaction of students within the study group, then the issue of interethnic relations within the group remains open.
