Mentoring as a Resource of Employees’ Development in an Organisation

Abstract

The article deals with the approaches of foreign and researches to mentoring as a resource of employees’ development in an organisation. Special attention is given to mentoring approach, types of mentoring. The accent is focused on what is necessary to be a mentor and some basic rules of mentoring.
