Статья посвящена вопросу формирования положительной учебной мотивации в гражданских и военных высших учебных заведениях. Авторы рассматривают различные проблемы, с которыми сталкиваются учащиеся в образовательном процессе, и сравнивают характер их проявления в учебной среде гражданских и военных вузов. В качестве эффективного инструмента педагогической диагностики, который может быть использован в рамках педагогического эксперимента по оценке уровня сформированности мотивации к обучению в гражданских и военных вузах, предлагается тест Motivated Strategies for Learning Questionnaire (MSLQ). В статье подробно описаны сферы его применения и шкалы, позволяющие оценить уровень сформированности учебной мотивации.

The paper focuses on the issue of educational motivation in civil and military higher educational institutions. The authors consider various problems faced by students in the educa-tional process and compare their frequency in the educational environment of civil and military universities. The Motivated Strategies for Learning Questionnaire (MS LQ) test is proposed as an effective tool for pedagogical diagnostics, which can be used as part of a pedagogical experiment to assess the level of motivation to study in civil and military universities. The article describes the scope of its application and scales that allow us to assess the level of formation of educational motivation.
