In dem Artikel werden die positiven und negativen Aspekte des Einsatzes modularer Ausbildung an russischen Universitäten analysiert. Das Konzept eines modularen Systems wird verdeutlicht. Die Bedeutung und das Wesen der Individualisierung des Trainings werden charakterisiert. Der Autor untersucht die Haupt- und Hilfspädagogikelemente, erklärt die Notwendigkeit, das Prinzip des Feedbacks im Bildungsprozess anzuwenden. Motivation wird als die wichtigste berufliche Fähigkeit des Lehrers erforscht.

The article analyzes the positive and negative aspects of the use of modular training in Russian universities. The concept of a modular system is revealed. The meaning and essence of individualization of training is characterized. The author examines the main and auxiliary educational elements and declares the need to apply the principle of feedback in the educational process. Motivation is studied as the main professional skill of the teacher.
